我喜歡觀察時尚市場的變化,并對市場變化做出分析。我認為市場營銷最主要是針對人,對消費者的喜好、需求的深入了解,才能作出行之有用的營銷方案。

在《Sandro》的市場報告中我是從消費者需求的角度做調研其次設計營銷方案。比如,我從各個社交媒體中統計Sandro消費者的意見。在中國區的社交媒體上發現有大量的消費者對Sandro的售后存在不滿,隨后我調研了Sandro在中國的售后模式,最后以品牌利益、消費者感受、市場模式的角度出發去調整售后服務的方案。更改后的方案拉近了與消費者之間的距離。

  《BM Style》是由BM風格上升到Brandy Melville 品牌的分析報告。根據大量的趨勢報告和調查問卷得出BM風格流行時效較短的結論。BM在夏季受大量的年輕女孩喜歡,但只限于夏季,所以新鮮感沒有持續度。原因是產品單一,對消費者的選擇有局限性,并且消費者沒有忠實度。改項目為了品牌能繼續保持熱度設計了三種引流方案。

In the Sandro market report, I am from consumer demand to do research followed by the design of marketing programs. For example, I collect the opinions of Sandro consumers from various social media. I found that many consumers are dissatisfied with Sandro's after-sales service on social media in China, so I need to investigate Sandro's after-sales model in China and then adjust the after-sales service from the perspectives of brand interests, consumer feelings, and market models. The revised schedule can narrow the distance with consumers, and brands can also benefit from it.

BM Style is an analysis report on the rise from BM style to Brandy Melville. According to many trend reports and questionnaires, it is concluded that the timeliness of the BM style is relatively short. Many young girls like BM in summer, but only in summer, so the freshness does not last. The reason is that the product is single, consumers' choices are limited, and consumers are not loyal. In order to maintain the popularity of the brand, three drainage schemes have been designed.
